ClanTerms
Short, because there is not much to say.
The app
Clan is licensed to you, not sold, for personal use on Apple devices you own, under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, with these terms on top of it.
The purchase
Clan Forever is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the paid features in the versions of the app it is sold with. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Apple handles payment, receipts and refunds; you can restore it on any device signed in to the Apple Account that bought it.
Your data
What you put into Clan is yours. It is not sent to us, we cannot read it, and we make no claim to it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups, which the app can export for you at any time.
It is not advice of any kind and is not a prediction.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
