Redeem a code

A gift code unlocks Closeverse Lifetime or Pro on your Apple Account.

In the app

• Open Closeverse and go to You.
• Tap Redeem a code.
• Apple's own sheet opens. Type the code and confirm.
• The plan unlocks straight away, on every device with the same Apple Account.

Or in the App Store

App Store → your picture → Redeem Gift Card or Code, and type the code there. Then open Closeverse and it will already be unlocked.

Where codes come from

Codes are given out by the developer — for gifts, giveaways and press. There is no way to buy a code inside the app for someone else: Apple does not offer gifting for in-app purchases. Family Sharing covers your own household, and it is on for both plans.

A code will not work

Check that it has not expired and that you are signed in to the right Apple Account. If it still refuses, write to [email protected] and it will be replaced.
